The meta model of FEM is presented below. Back lines and borders represent the basic features of FEM, blue lines and borders add the advanced features. FEM entities are represented in the FEM toolkit as shapes. Most relations are represented as arrows. The exceptions re “Subset of”, “Part of” and “Kind of” that are represented by including constituents into a group.
